BPAY
BPAY is an easy and widely used bill payment system. BPAY can be accessed via our Phone Banking, Internet Banking, or over the counter at any Coastline Credit Union Branch. BPAY is accepted by over 3,000 businesses, and can be used to pay such things as rates, telephone and electricity bills.

Cut - Off Times
BPAY transactions are sent twice daily, at 12pm and 4:30pm. Payments posted by 4:30pm should reach the biller on the next business day.
Privacy
Because you deal direct with Coastline when using BPAY, your account details stay private between you and us. Theres no need to give third parties access to your private account details. And every transaction you make through BPAY can be confirmed with a receipt number.
Using BPAY on the Internet
- Before using BPAY on the internet, you must be a registered Coastline Internet Banking User.
- Go to www.coastline.com.au and log onto Internet Banking.
- Choose the BPAY option from the Transfers Menu.
- Select the Account from which you want to make the payment (most billers accept credit account payments for BPAY - please check the invoice).
- Input the BPAY biller code, your Customer Reference Number, and the amount to be paid.
- Submit and Record the receipt number.
- Check your account balance to confirm the transaction has completed successfully.
Using BPAY over the Phone
- Before using BPAY over the phone, you must become a registered Phone Banking User.
- Call 1300 36 1066 for Phone Banking.
- Choose the BPAY menu option.
- Select the Account from which you want to make the payment (most billers accept credit account payments for BPAY - please check the invoice).
- Input the BPAY biller code, your Customer Reference Number, and the amount to be paid.
- Record the receipt number.
